May 2026 – Seezeyu Food has successfully wrapped up its exhibition at SIAL Shanghai 2026, Asia’s largest and most influential international food and beverage exhibition. The three-day event provided an excellent platform to showcase Seezeyu’s latest healthy bakery innovations to industry professionals and consumers.

Seezeyu’s booth became a major attraction, drawing large crowds with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked egg yolk pastries. The on-site baking demonstration allowed visitors to witness the craftsmanship behind Seezeyu’s signature product and taste it straight from the oven. Made with traditionally preserved Beihai salted duck eggs, imported Anchor butter and a low-sugar formula, the egg yolk pastries received unanimous praise.

The star of the exhibition was the newly launched Nut Chocolate Daifuku, which quickly became a breakout hit. This innovative product features ≥23% pure dark chocolate coating, imported macadamia crumbs, fresh daily steamed mochi skin and silky chocolate filling, with zero artificial colors and zero trans fats.

Seezeyu also presented a comprehensive product matrix including low-sugar egg yolk pastries and various mochi flavors. The business area was consistently packed, resulting in multiple in-depth cooperation agreements being signed on-site.
